Return & Cancellation Policy

Please review our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase with Stella & Grace Dresses, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Most orders are processed within approximately 12 hours of purchase.

Please Note:
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations can no longer be accommodated due to our automated fulfillment system.


Returns

Important Notice

All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges submitted after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All original tags attached

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products may be ineligible for return unless otherwise stated. Any eligible hygiene-sensitive items must be returned in clean condition.


How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

  • Your contact details

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error

Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping carrier selected. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Shipping Responsibility & Tracking

All returned packages are shipped at the customer’s risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost return shipments

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

Important:
A valid tracking number is required for all returns. Without tracking confirmation, we may be unable to verify receipt of the return, which could result in the refund being declined.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for processing

If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend the following steps:

Responsibility for Return Costs

Customer-Related Returns

If the return is due to customer preference or ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or style), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Error

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs and, where applicable, provide a replacement at no additional charge.
